Rishikhola is located in the Kalimpong sub division on the West Bengal –Sikkim Border. The destination is gradually gaining popularity among the tourists for its unique location and picturesque scenic landscape. Topographically, Rishi khola marks the division between the states of West Bengal and Sikkim.

Reshikhola (or Rishi Khola) is such a wonderful small valley situated on the bank of the river Reshi in the lap of eastern Himalaya. This small village is situated in the Kalimpong subdivision of Darjeeling district in West Bengal.

The sound of the flowing river is actually so soothing that anyone will fill the bliss within himself if he or she sits for a moment nearby.The name Reshikhola derived from the river Reshi. “Khola” means a small stream of the river in the Nepali language, which is the local language of this hamlet.

Our associated property at Reshikhola lies beside Reshi river and having 5+ cozy and comfortable rooms. We have our own lawn for guests to enjoy with their families with occasional bonfire at night. If you want to spend a couple of days sitting beside a river listening to the sound of flowing river, this is the place for you.

How to reach

You can reach Reshikhola from NJP Railway station or Bagdogra airport if you are coming via West Bengal. It is around 120 KM from Siliguri and takes around 4 - 5 hours.
